Join our Carrotmob! We're using carrots (not sticks) to get Hobart food shops to switch from plastic to compostable packaging.
Here's how it works...
- You join the mob by signing up below. The bigger the mob, the more enticing the carrot.
- We dangle the carrot of the mob's collective business in front of Hobart food outlets, asking them to switch from plastic to compostable packaging
- You eat at the shops that make the switch. We'll email you to let you know which ones. Be sure to congratulate them on the changes they've made.
- Add a shop to our shared Google map, set yourself up BYO style, find out more about waste in Tasmania and keep an eye on who to mob
